Hello From Robin

Robin Landals-Hill is an educational leader and program strategist dedicated to supporting educators. As the Department Head of the Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) Faculty at an Alberta Public College, she oversees one of the rapidly growing post-secondary early childhood programs, focusing on curriculum development, practicum operations, and learner support across various campuses.
With a background in adult education and instructional design, Robin enjoys connecting research with practical classroom applications that educators can easily implement. Her unique framework, Immersive Interest, encourages curiosity and wandering focus as valuable assets for engagement and cognitive flexibility.
Currently, Robin is exploring the realms of Digital Learning and Instructional Design. She actively facilitates professional development and organizational training, aiming to create supportive systems that help both educators and learners thrive during transitions.
Her presentations are known for their warmth and practicality, reflecting her genuine desire to help educators gain confidence and clarity in their teaching journey, especially during those challenging “in-between” moments of learning.
