Robin is an educational leader, speaker, and program developer dedicated to empowering people to reach beyond what they thought possible. She is passionate about celebrating success while building a strong foundation for future growth through care, connection, and exceptional customer service.
As the Department Head of Early Learning and Child Care Faculty at an Alberta College, Robin leads the development of a dynamic, rapidly growing program designed to prepare room-ready graduates for careers in early childhood education. Her work focuses on adult learning, leadership development, instructional strategy, faculty mentorship, and creating systems that support both student success and team excellence.
Robin is the creator and advocate of a framework where Customer Service is Human Service. Through speaking engagements, workshops, and presentations, she helps educators, leaders, and organizations better understand diverse service styles and unlock potential in others.
With expertise in curriculum leadership, program design, public speaking, and experiential learning, Robin brings a thoughtful, innovative approach to education and leadership.
