Hello From Robin

Robin Landals-Hill
Educational Leader
Robin Landals-Hill is an educational leader, program strategist, and adult-learning specialist with a passion for transforming how educators support learners through uncertainty, transition, and change. As the Department Head of the Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) Faculty at an Alberta Public College, Robin leads one of the fastest-growing post-secondary early childhood programs—overseeing curriculum, practicum operations, instructional development, and innovative learner-support systems across multiple campuses.
Drawing from extensive experience in adult education, instructional design, and leadership, Robin is known for bridging research with real-world classroom practice in ways that are clear, practical, and immediately usable. Her signature framework, Immersive Interest, reframes wandering focus and curiosity as powerful tools for engagement, resilience, and cognitive flexibility.
Robin is currently exploring and working in Digital Learning and Instructional Design. She regularly facilitates professional development, leads organizational training, and builds systems that support both educators and learners in thriving through transition.
Her presentations are known for being warm, grounded, and highly applicable—reflecting her commitment to helping educators develop confidence, clarity, and purpose during the “in-between” spaces of teaching and learning.
